OLIVIA NOOK, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates IMPACT COLLECTIVE SOCIETY / TEND / PREPLIFY (the "App"). This Privacy Statement explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We keep data collection to what the App actually needs. We collect:
- Name. Collected when you create an account.
- Email address. Collected when you create an account.
- Shipping address. Only if you choose to provide it, and only after you log in and upload a confirmation of your purchase.
- Apparel size preference. Provided by you to help us fulfill orders correctly.
We do not collect payment information, browsing analytics, or location data through the App.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Ship apparel and merchandise to the address you provide.
- Size items correctly based on your stated preference.
- Communicate with you about your order or account.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as needed to run the App:
- With shipping and fulfillment partners, solely to deliver your order.
- With service providers who host or support the App, under confidentiality obligations.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the App's services, fulfill orders, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506; 16 C.F.R. Part 312). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Privacy Statement
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated statement.
